Governing the deployment, access, and enterprise orchestration of Edvanta Technologies digital platforms, training center management suites, and institutional learning portals.
Preamble & Statutory Notification
This document is an electronic record published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, and the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India). Accessing or using any system provided by Edvanta Technologies Private Limited signifies unconditional acceptance of these terms.
Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility
By accessing, registering with, browsing, or executing transactions across the educational software suites, Learning Management Systems (LMS), skill monitoring engines, or web applications operated by Edvanta Technologies Private Limited ("Edvanta", "We", "Our", or "Us"), you ("User", "Licensee", or "Customer") agree to be strictly bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Eligibility is restricted to individuals who have reached at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in their territory. In cases where an educational institution, government body, or private enterprise licenses our platform for underage learners (e.g., K-12 or vocational secondary streams), said entity explicitly represents that it holds documented parental consent and institutional authority to bind such minors to these platform rules.
User Accounts & Platform Access Rights
Users must complete registration with accurate, complete, and updated credentials. Edvanta enforces a strict single-user single-credential protocol across all institutional and retail learning gateways.
- Credential Confidentiality: You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login IDs, passwords, multi-factor authenticators, and single sign-on (SSO) tokens.
- Non-Transferability: Seat licenses and learner credentials cannot be concurrent, pooled, leased, transferred, or shared between distinct individuals without written administrator change approvals.
- Institutional Provisioning: If your account was provisioned by an employer, university, or state training initiative, the primary institutional administrator retains rights to audit, pause, or decommission your access seat.
Proprietary Rights & Intellectual Property
All codebases, user interfaces, pedagogical layouts, algorithms, video lectures, question banks, interactive simulations, assessments, branding marks, and digital credentials provided across Edvanta systems are the exclusive intellectual property of Edvanta Technologies Private Limited or its explicitly attributed licensors.
Reverse-engineering, decompilation, scraping, disassembling, or extracting source code from Edvanta APIs and modules is strictly prohibited.
Materials are provided solely for non-commercial personal or internal organization learning. Screen recording or mass extraction is an actionable copyright breach.
Permitted and Prohibited Use
Edvanta’s ecosystems are engineered for positive educational enhancement, competency assessment, and human capital transformation. You agree to use the services solely for legitimate academic and administrative objectives.
- Submitting fraudulent identity credentials or impersonating authorized learners during proctored exams.
- Injecting malware, scripts, worms, automated web spiders, or denial-of-service calls into our endpoints.
- Harassing, defaming, bullying, or transmitting hate speech inside community forums and live classrooms.
- Circumventing proctoring mechanisms, biometric verification checks, or assessment telemetry.
Training Centre Management & Partner Compliance
Institutions, franchised vocational centers, and training partners utilizing Edvanta’s Center Management Suite (ERP/LMS) enter into bilateral compliance covenants:
Attendance Telemetry: Partners warrant that biometric, RFID, or digital session check-ins recorded via Edvanta infrastructure reflect genuine, physically present learners.
Infrastructure Standard: Partners must ensure client workstations and local labs fulfill minimum cryptographic and bandwidth specifications as detailed in our Implementation Charters.
Audit Assurances: Edvanta reserves the right to run periodic automated anomaly detection against logged data to protect credential sanctity.
Government Skill Programmes & Verification Disclaimer
Where Edvanta provides portals aligned with state, national, or CSR skill missions (e.g., PMKVY, NSDC frameworks, state skill development missions):
Edvanta Technologies serves as a digital technology infrastructure provider and technical facilitator. Final certification, stipend disbursement, accreditation, assessment authorization, and award validation remain solely within the statutory jurisdiction of the respective awarding bodies, Sector Skill Councils (SSCs), and government nodal authorities. Edvanta makes no direct representations regarding government benefit releases.
Career Guidance & Placement Disclaimer
Edvanta Technologies provides career aptitude mapping, resume preparation utilities, job-matching boards, and mock interview tools. We do NOT promise, warrant, or guarantee specific employment, salary packages, or interview selections with any corporate partner.
All hiring determinations, compensation packages, background checks, and employment offers are made at the unilateral discretion of the respective independent recruiting organizations. Users understand that participation in counseling or placement drives does not establish an employment contract with Edvanta or its corporate associates.
Payments, Subscriptions & Refund Policy
Subscriptions, license fees, seat allocations, and micro-credential charges are payable in advance through authorized payment gateways in Indian Rupees (INR) or designated foreign currencies.
Enterprise institutional subscriptions renew automatically as per contract terms unless formal cancellation notice is received 60 days prior to renewal.
Individual courseware or retail enrollments feature a 7-day refund window provided less than 15% of instructional content has been consumed. Exam voucher fees are strictly non-refundable.
Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Edvanta Technologies, its directors, employees, affiliates, or licensors be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, loss of educational credits, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.
Termination of Service
Edvanta reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, terminate, or restrict user accounts in the event of:
- Breach of any provision within these Terms and Conditions.
- Requests from competent government, law enforcement, or regulatory agencies.
- Extended dormancy, unauthorized credential distribution, or security vulnerabilities originated by the user.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be interpreted, construed, and governed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
Any legal action, suit, dispute, or proceeding arising under or related to this document shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
Modifications to Terms
Edvanta Technologies reserves the right to revise, update, or alter these Terms at any time to reflect changing legal, pedagogical, or technological realities. Material modifications will be signaled via portal announcements or system emails at least 15 days before becoming active.
